Just to leave a quick message so folk know. Chris and I both completed the 2007 Edinburgh Marathon. I came in at around 4:33:01 (according to my watch), actual time 4:32:59, Chris a couple of minutes later. Times to be confirmed Tuesday.

The last week has been tough, carb-loading is hard. I can only equate it to a turkey getting ready for Christmas. Eating bread, pasta, oatcakes, oat bars, lucozade, water, etc. all the time is tough going and I reckon I have put on about 4 pounds!
